Just Launched: A redesigned website for Sid Griffin and his band The Coal Porters
Revising a website to bring both the code and content up-to-date.
We’ve been lucky enough to work with the author, broadcaster and musician Sid Griffin for several years, this newly updated website is the third revision of sidgriffin.com
This time we needed to redesign things in order to modernize the code of the website to ensure it worked on all browsers and devices. We’ve taken design cues from the band’s latest album’s artwork incorporating it into the new websites layout and style.
Given his varied role as an author, a broadcaster, a regular on BBC Radio and TV as well as his roles as musician, band leader and member of two successful but quite different bands. It can be a challenge to cover all the things Sid Griffin does, and has done, into one single website while still making it easy to navigate and keeping the most relevant and latest news and projects at the forefront.
