A new website for the West Midlands based Surgery
To help them continue to deliver the very best service to their patients, Hathway Creative have recently completed a new website for AW Surgeries, the West Midland based Surgery group.
AW Surgeries are a practice group serving over 15000 patients based in the West Midlands. They provide a multitude of services and aim to offer a high quality, safe, patient centred service.
We were approached as their existing website was in need of expansion and required new features beyond what their existing website was providing.
AW Surgeries offer a wide variety of services to their patients beyond GP appointments, though improving the options for booking appointments was one of the key parts of this update.
The new website needed to offer online bookings for both appointments, repeat prescriptions and sick notes. In addition there is information on the new website about self care, home visits, health alerts, teaching and their patient participation group.
